Every upgrade starts with an assessment of the existing environment, then a phased plan built around keeping the business running. The objective is to minimize downtime and disruption to critical operations, not simply to reach a new version number.

Fewer customizations to carry forward

We identify which customizations can be retired in favor of standard functionality, and migrate toward a service oriented architecture. The result is a cleaner codebase, less to maintain, and a protected path to future releases.

Interfaces and data handled properly

Legacy interfaces are transitioned, and data is migrated with mapping to baseline, including transformation of BLOBs, cleansing, and enforcement of referential integrity, while preserving the relationships between core objects.
